About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time CSR to join our team! Veterinary experience is a plus but absolutely not required— we care far more about finding someone who is reliable, ready to work, eager to learn, and a true team player. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our clinic, making a great first impression on every pet parent who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
● Answer multi-line phone calls, return messages, and schedule appointments
● Check in and check out patients accurately and efficiently
● Collect payments and handle basic billing
● Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
● Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure smooth patient flow
● Support the overall operations of the clinic with a positive, can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For:
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
● Willingness to pitch in wherever needed — we are a team-first environment!
● Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
● Love for animals is a must (of course!)
● Veterinary experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
